All requests for transcripts must be mailed or faxed by the student to the Registrar’s Office. Emailed and telephone requests will not be accepted.
There is a charge of $5.00 per copy for transcripts. Payment is required before requests will be processed.
Timing is Everything! Transcript requests are usually processed in 5-7 business days. Transcripts needed within 2-3 business days are considered to be a rush process and carry a fee of $10.00 each. Expedited shipping of transcripts will be processed through Fed-Ex, with the additional expenses of this service being paid for by the requestor.
Payment of Fees
Transcript fees may be paid by cash, check, money order, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover card. If you use a credit card, please be sure to include the name on the card, your name during attendance, card type, card number and expiration date. Transcripts will NOT be issued to students who have outstanding financial obligations to Green Mountain College.
