Food Service
Chartwell's Dining Services provides the meal program for Green Mountain College. This award-winning company offers a range of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including a salad and sandwich bar, daily soup choices, hot meals, and vegetarian and vegan-friendly options. In the Buttery, located next to the dining hall, Chartwell’s offers casual fare including sandwiches, burgers and daily specials.
Chartwell's works closely with the College to serve local and organic food, and has also partnered with students on projects to promote sustainable agriculture. GMC’s on-campus farm provides eggs and produce, as well as lamb meat, to the dining hall.
The food service offices are located in the basement of Withey Hall.
