Enrolled Student Checklist

Once you have enrolled, the Office of Student Life will help you settle into your new surroundings at Green Mountain. The necessary forms will be available in early May on our MyGMC website, after we receive your enrollment. Be sure to send in all of your forms as soon as possible.

• Register for Classes
• Fill out a Housing Preference Survey
• Sign your Housing Contract
• Complete a Health History Form
• Complete your physical exam
• Register for a Wilderness Challenge
• Select a meal plan
• Register your car with Campus Security
• Make sure your computer is compatible
• Fill out an Emergency Contact Information card
• Self-Disclosure for Students With Disabilities (Optional)
• Sign and return all Financial Aid forms and documents
• Sign and return all Business Office forms
