Alumni Reception Center
Please check in at the Alumni Reception Center located in front of Withey Hall when you arrive on campus, whether you are here for a few days or just a few hours. At the reception center you can register and pick up room keys, leave messages and find lists of activities. The reception center will be open the following hours:

Friday, June 6: 3 – 6 p.m.
Saturday, June 7: 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive when the Alumni Reception Center is closed, please call Campus Security (x8911) using the phone inside the Buttery in Withey Hall or go to Campus Security located in Withey Hall (rear entrance).

Facilities
The following facilities will be open during reunion: Bozen Wellness Center, Feick Art Center, Griswold Library, Withey Hall, the Campus Book Store, the Buttery, the Gorge (located in the lower level of Withey), Two Editors Inn.

Internet Access
You may access the Internet using the college’s computers at Griswold Library. Check the final schedule for hours of availability. Two computers will also be available for use in Withey. Due to high demand, we ask that guests limit their use of these computers to 15 minutes at a time. If you plan to bring your own computer, please note that the telephone ports in the individual dorm rooms will not be active, so you will not be able to dial in to your Internet service provider from your room on campus.

Dining
The Welcome Dinner on Friday night will be held in the air-conditioned Gorge, followed by dessert and entertainment outside in Withey Gardens. The breakfast buffet on Saturday and Sunday will be held in Withey Hall. The barbeque and picnic will be held in the tent on the lawn in front of Withey Hall on Saturday (rain location, Withey Hall). The banquet on Saturday night will be held in the dining room in Withey Hall.

Vending machines are located in Ames Hall and complimentary water and coffee will be available for those staying in the residence hall.

Campus Shuttle
A shuttle bus will be available to transport guests to Lake St. Catherine. The shuttle bus will leave campus at 1:00 in front of Ames Hall and return at 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.

Parking on Campus
Parking permits are not required during reunion and you may park in the designated areas behind Bogue Hall, North Hall, Lyman Hall, Cree Hall and Withey Hall. Parking is also available behind the wellness center and the tennis courts.

We kindly ask that you do NOT park in Ames Circle.

Off-Campus
If you plan to stay in a local hotel or inn, we recommend that you make your reservations early.

The Bentley Inn, Main St. Poultney, VT (walking distance to campus)
The Holly Hill Inn, Main St. Poultney, VT (walking distance to campus)
The Sheldon Inn, Main St. Granville, NY (15 miles from campus)
The Panorama Hotel, NY (5 miles from campus)

On-Campus
On-campus housing is available Friday – Saturday nights. Please note that dormitory rooms include the following: two twin size beds, sheets, towels, a pillow, a blanket. There are no rooms with private baths.
