Community Presentation: David Hinton, "Deep Ecology and Cosmology: Ancient China, Contemporary Vermont"
David Hinton is an internationally esteemed, Vermont-based author and translator of Chinese poetry. His award-winning work integrates Chinese and environmental philosophy with notions of cosmology, aesthetics, religion, and landscape. He will draw upon his most recent book, Hunger Mountain: A Field Guide to Mind and Landscape, in his presentation on "Deep Ecology and Cosmology: Ancient China, Contemporary Vermont."
