Our college farm, run by students, has a two-acre market garden, an assortment of gregarious livestock, a unique rotational-grazing program, an extensive composting system in conjunction with dining services, and a greenhouse powered by sun and wind. Located at the south end of campus, the farm permeates the entire community.
The growth of the GMC Farm and Food Project over the past decade is rooted in the sustainability interests of many of our students, faculty, and staff who recognize the important questions surrounding food production.
