 Summer Group Show: Local Artists August 3 - August 28, 2009 The Summer Group Show featured artists from central and southern Vermont. Mediums range from pottery and painting to photography. Brandon-based artist Warren Kimble, well known for his folk art style, joined painters Margaret Stringer and Peter Huntoon. Husband and wife team Diane Rosenmiller and Nicholas Seidner established Rising Meadow Pottery in Middletown Springs in 1998. Liza Myers, who has been a Vermont resident for over 20 years, creates ceramic sculptures and paintings. Poultney resident Fred Michel was the show’s lone photographer. |
