Fitness Class – The Chapel

An event every week that begins at 9:00pm on Wednesday, repeating until Monday, May 8, 2017
High intensity work out
Fitness classes will involve a variety of stretching, cardio and strength training activities. The Wednesday class is no longer in the gym but will be held in the Chapel.
A Fitness Class is also offered on Sunday evenings, which takes place at the Bogue Movement Studio.
