Five Years Vermont Strong, a Post-Irene Community Resiliency Panel Discussion

The experience of Hurricane Irene in 2011 has offered a lens to better understand the vulnerabilities of our communities and provide insights into how to plan for future natural disasters. One key element of resilience is increasing our capacity to bounce back after crises. During this panel discussion, hear about how Irene impacted Rutland County, including Green Mountain College, and what is happening to better prepare for future events. Bring your questions and comments!
