The workshop will cover

• How time of day affects metabolism
• The role of protein and better carbohydrate choices
• How alcohol affects your diet and metabolism
• The role of water in our diets
4-5 will be lecture format then the group will move to the dining hall from 5-6 where they will share a meal together after Kacie helps they put together healthy choices from that night’s offerings at Chartwells.
