Learning How to Learn: Habit Structuring

Are you like the rest of us who can’t seem to knock that bad habit of drinking soda? Who has a great deal of trouble getting into a workout routine? This workshop is for you! Our objective for this workshop will be to discuss the science behind habits – developing a process for change. We will learn concepts like: task association, implementation intentions, ‘design for laziness,’ and triggers.
