The purpose of this workshop will be to illustrate daily habits that enhance one’s capacity for learning – simply by being healthy. How would you treat sleep if you knew how easy it made studying for that dreaded midterm? Would you go on more frequent walks if you knew its benefit to memory consolidation? Our objective will be to discuss that personal lifestyle balance which optimizes your learning. We’ll explore the benefits of exercise, the dos and don’ts, the strong influence of sleep, and how ‘free time’ is necessary.
