Motivation is the precursor to action. We attend basketball practice because we want to shoot hoops, we go to Yoga class because we enjoy stretching; how do we become motivated to attend to those tasks we don’t have an interest in? Easy! This workshop will focus on the dynamics of motivation and illustrate some of the methods used to create a sense of motivation. Our objective will be to leave the room with techniques to implement to happily dive into the next daunting assignment!
