REED Fall 2017 Lecture: Working with water for urban and ecological restoration, projects from Michael Singer Studio

Following WATER as a theme, Jonathan Fogelson of Michael Singer Studio will present a series of projects from Michael Singer Studio at various scales and types.

Throughout the 1970’s and 1980’s artist Michael Singer’s work opened new possibilities for outdoor and indoor sculpture and contributed to the definition of site specific art and the reimagining of public places. From the 1990’s to the present Michael Singer Studio has been instrumental in transforming public art, architecture, landscape, and planning projects into successful models for urban and ecological regeneration. Following WATER as a theme, Jonathan Fogelson of Michael Singer Studio will present a series of projects at various scales and types.
