Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga for Beginner’s

An event every week that begins at 6:00pm on Thursday, repeating until Thursday, March 17, 2016
This class begins with breath awareness and a warm up and slowly builds up to more of a challenge. Alignment and working at one’s own pace are encouraged. Class ends with savasana and a short meditation. Class is $10, $5 for students.
