Stress Management Workshop

Learn the three types of stressors, the warning signs of too much stress, and learn what they should look for during the first few weeks of the school year. Participants will also leave with a holistic understanding of stress management as well as tools they can implement immediately to keep them balanced and healthy during this time.

All events that are open to the campus community. This includes things such as musical and theatrical performances, art shows, guest speakers, student presentations (including internships and Delicate Balance presentations), faculty colloquia, Cerridwen farm events, etc.
