Vinyasa yoga with Hope: An ashtanga inspired vinyasa practice focusing on breath and movement as meditation. Vinyasa is a strong moving practice with focus on putting weight into the hand (strengthening the upper body and core) in which sequences of stretches are linked together in a flow. Options are given for all levels.
