Noah "Gramps" Hurley, the College’s Director of Residence Life, brings a strong background in college administration and student services. Before arriving in Poultney, he served as Assistant Director of Residence Life at Western Oregon University and as Residence Hall Director at both Post University and Oregon State University. He holds a B.S. in English from Western Oregon University and a master’s degree in education (M.Ed.) in College Student Services Administration from Oregon State University.

Bethany Everett graduated with a B.A. in English from Post University and is working toward a master’s in human services. She has several years of experience as a Residence Hall Director at Post University, where she started Post Pride (a gay-straight alliance) to help better serve LGBT students. Bethany has many years of experience working in student affairs, in both residence life as well as an admissions counselor.

Andrew Ratcliffe graduated with a B.S. in Management from Post University and is working towards a Master’s in Human Services. He has several years of experience in higher education as a Graduate Assistant at Post University where he coached Sprint Football and worked in the Residence Life Department.


Codie Tedford Codie Tedford

Before starting as an Assistant Community Director, Codie Tedford worked as a Resident Assistant at Green Mountain College for two years. A senior expecting a B.S. in Natural Resource Management and a B.A. in Environmental Policy in Spring 2013, she has also been a prominent member of a few extracurricular groups, such as Quidditch Club, PRANTS (a gender and sexuality awareness club), and Safe(r) Zone – an initiative to educate students about LGBTQ+ individuals and foster a campus atmosphere that celebrates diversity.
