Student Access to Academic Records
1. Present as well as former students must submit a request in writing to the Registrar for
access to their individual academic records. These requests, with signed acknowledgment
of compliance, will become part of the student's record.
2. The Registrar or designated agent will inform the student when the requested record will
be available within a forty-five (45) calendar-day time period.
3. Official University Transcripts will not be issued to any current or former student with an
unpaid balance on the student account.
