The Mountaineer, Green Mountain College's student newspaper, is published by a student staff that collects and reports campus, community, national, and global news. Leadership positions on the newspaper are available and all students are encouraged to assist in production of the newspaper.

Reverie, Green Mountain College's student literary magazine, is published annually by a student staff. It features students' poetry, creative writing, and art.
