Concert Band to Perform at GMC

POULTNEY, VT (April 4, 2008) – “Music for the Stage and Screen” is the theme for this year’s spring concert from the Green Mountain College and Community Concert Band.

The concert is scheduled for Friday, April 18, at 7:30 p.m. in Ackley Auditorium. It is free and open to the public.

Directed by Prof. James Cassarino, the concert band is composed of GMC students, faculty and community members. The April 18 performance will include highlights from “The Music Man,” “West Side Story,” “Fiddler on the Roof,” “The Patriot,” “Narnia,” “Harry Potter,” “Titanic,” and “The Godfather.”
