As a Green Mountain College student you have the opportunity to study abroad through several international programs. Nagoya University, considered one of the Japanese “Ivies,” is a great option for students interested in law and policy. Classes are in English and knowledge of Japanese is not required, though students are expected to take Japanese for a grade (five credits) or as a course audit. GMC is offering this opportunity for the spring semester of 2017. Applications are due by 5 p.m., Oct. 17 in Deb Mackey’s office (Dunton 115). Download the application here, and meet with Sam Edwards (Ames 108, email@example.com) for assistance. You can learn more about the program at http://nupace.ecis.nagoya-u.ac.jp/en/.
