For the fifth year in a row, GMC was ranked among the top three “green” schools in the country by the prestigious Princeton Review board.
Among the 629 institutions examined, GMC received the highest possible score in the following categories:
- Providing a campus environment that healthy and sustainable;
- Preparing students for the job market in a 21st-century, clean energy economy;
- Preparing students for “citizenship in a world now defined by environmental concerns and opportunities,” and
- Committing to environmentally responsible policies.
We were pleased to see that our EcoLeague colleagues, College of the Atlantic and Dickinson College, were also ranked among this elite group of sustainability-focused colleges.
