Every week throughout the semester there are several opportunities to achieve a more active and healthy lifestyle through relaxation and fitness. Each Monday from 5:30-6:30 p.m., meet for yoga at Stone Valley Arts. Any student, faculty or staff can attend for free if you show your GMC ID. Each Wednesday from 6-7 p.m. join Hope in the Bogue Movement Studio for Vinyasa yoga. Vinyasa is a strong moving practice with focus on putting weight into the hand (strengthening the upper body and core) in which sequences of stretches are linked together in a flow. Options are given for all levels. Come and enjoy a fast paced Zumba “workout/dance party” every Thursday in the Bogue Movement studio from 7:30-8:30 p.m.
